If I remember the summer of 2002 correctly it was hot, it was sunny and it was summery. Just the right conditions for summer jams! This playlist pretty much captures what was blaring out of the windows of my 1993 Dodge Camry as I cruised the main drag looking for action. Or ice cream. Preferably something candy bar based — man, that stuff is delicious! Anyway, on to my summer jams of 2002…

  Okay, okay. I’m a musik geek not a car buff. Is it Ford Camry? Subaru Camry? Toyota Camero? Those jams are pretty hott though, right?

  Toyota. Not to rub it in (too much), but forgetting the make of your own car makes it seem like your memory of 2002 isn’t all that vivid. Hot playlist though.

  dude, if you can remember 2002 you weren’t really there! i was actually driving a sweet Plymouth Controller convertible with 4 on the floor and a hurst shifter. it ran on jet fuel and old pizza boxes.
