BlurBlur played the closing set at the T in the Park Festival on Sunday night, despite guitarist Graham Coxon’s brief hospitalization before the show. Damon Albarn said the set was Blur’s “last gig,” and the setlist included “Parklife,” “This Is a Low,” “Song 2,” and the band’s 1990 debut single “She’s So High.” [NME.com]

Basement Jaxx have readied not one, but two new albums. First up is Scars, which is due in October and features collaborations with Yoko Ono, Santigold, Sam Sparro, and Lightspeed Champion. The Los Angeles Police Department and coroner’s office investigations into Michael Jackson’s death are focused on Jackson’s personal physician, Dr. Conrad Murray. Though Murray is “still not fully cooperating” with the investigations, a search of Jackson’s home found the intravenous sedative Propofol, an anesthesia that should be administered only in hospitals.
